CEO and Business Development - Yoram Alkon

Entrepreneur and one of the inventors and founders of the OBS.

Experienced in foreign trade, Alkon is a representative of European, American and Japanese companies, mainly in the electro-technical industry.

He has initiated joint ventures between foreign and Israeli companies, including within the fields of fiberglass cabinets and ultra high power cables.

Alkon is manager of a local agency of GE for low-voltage switch gear, and German Philips (PKI) for telecommunication cables.

Dr. Eli Kent (DSc Doctor of Technological Science)

A senior lecturer in structural morphology at the most respected institutions in Israel; Dr. Kent has developed various building
systems and elements.

He serves as GM of Morphor Ltd., which designed more then 25 special structures since 1971.

His work has been published in numerous publications and he has six patents relating to structural morphology.

CFO - Drieblatt Nathan (B.A Economics, CPA ISR)

Acted as team member in leveraging businesses from start-up to market leaders.

Controller and chief financial officer of AVIS – Rent a Car, integrating into the global reporting of ITT, full owner of Avis worldwide, which started out with 100 cars to become a prominent market leader in this most competitive field.

Formed an entirely new company for archive services, The Archivists, which was and still is the market leader in this area,
serving over 500 key organizations and employing 70 employees.

Took over a charter operation in Germany for Arkia Ltd. that was on the verge of bankruptcy and which is currently still performing.

Served as CFO for Ofran, a 15-year old company that is now the biggest car rental operator in the region.

Drieblatt owns a CPA firm and in his leisure time sails in one of his small sailboats.

Mr. Efi Paz (B.Sc. Mathematics and Economics, M.A. Artificial Intelligence)

possesses vast experience in local and international marketing of Israeli technology, companies and products, combined with a deep understanding of international technology and business markets. His activities comprise all aspects of hi-tech business, from R&D, technology, marketing and management to financing, establishing joint ventures, technology venture capital and M&A activities.

He has served as consultant to several venture capital funds and government agencies.

Ulrich Hinze is senior partner of Baustoffingenieursgesellschaft HMP and chief engineer for QSI Institut für ualitätssicherung
Stoffprüfung und Instandsetzungstechnik GmbH.

Qualified for material testing at Baustoffforschung Hamburg (materials research institute). Hinze has been involved in material and civil engineering since 1970.
